- Refuse Derived Fuel and Solid Recovered Fuel (RDF / SRF).
INNOVACIONES IMABE has a wide variety of models depending on the needs of the client, but all of them with outstanding technical characteristics.
- Very high pressing force.
- Very robust frame.
- Lined with replaceable wear-resistant steel sheets throughout the interior of the press: chamber and tunnel.
- Movable side tie with threading system and spirals with spiral design (prevents hooks and wire breaks).
- Easily replaceable wear parts.
- Special pressing carriage with armored wheels and replaceable lower insert.
- Robust hinged covers protect the grooves in the front of the carriage for the passage of needles.
- Scraper cleaning the upper and lower carriage.
- Variable flow pumps (great energy savings) mounted outside (prevents overheating and facilitates maintenance).
- Independent control desk placed near the tying and loading hopper register.
- Multifunction electronic display.
- Easy maintenance of the car from the outside by means of wide lateral registers.
- Rammer ram (optional).
- Bullet laminator (optional).
- Remote diagnosis using modem (optional).
