INNOVACIONES IMABE auto-tie horizontal balers are designed to press and bale with high efficiency and quality materials of diverse nature such as paper, cardboard, plastic and others, in high density bales. They are a benchmark in the pressing and treatment of recyclable materials, thanks to its solid structure, its high-power hydraulic system and cost savings.
 
For all models of the wide range of machienry, the structure of the baler is designed and built to guarantee the longest service life possible, with the best anti-wear materials and therefore with the lowest maintenance and spare-part costs possible. For this purpose, the heaviest and most robust frames in the sector are built, with the strongest steel and with the necessary anti-wear steel parts. The guides of the pressing ram are adjusted millimetrically to avoid imbalances and wear. In addition, a special blade design is used that concentrates the cutting power, reducing energy consumption and making a prior pressing system unnecessary.
 
The hydraulic system is designed to obtain greater production and denser bales, with the lowest energy consumption and noise possible. For this, the cylinders with the largest diameter of the entire sector are used, which guarantee a higher specific pressure, without the need to reach harmful working pressures for the hydraulic circuit. Variable flow pumps are also used, which guarantee the highest production with the lowest possible electrical consumption. The entire circuit is designed and built with the best materials to ensure its operation and duration with the highest pressures.
 
INNOVACIONES IMABE has a wide range of balers for recyclable materials, with a variety of dimensions of the feeding opening, pressing force, bale size and hourly production, in order to adapt to the customers' needs. In addition, all balers are available with an automatic tying system, which can be horizontal, vertical or double tying.
