To reach the highest densities of the package, INNOVACIONES IMABE has the double compression and cover presses, suitable for working with scrap metal and metals of different types. They are an ideal solution to optimize the transport and recast process of materials such as stamping, sheet metal cuttings and loose metals. With two horizontal compression cylinders and a top cover, they are high efficiency machines.

If in addition to high densities, you need high productions, you have IMABE triple compression presses, characterized by their power, robustness and efficiency. With three compaction cylinders acting on the material and powerful motors installed, you can achieve exceptional densities and productions.

All models feature replaceable reinforced metal coatings in the compaction chambers, specially designed and manufactured to work in the demanding conditions required. These machines can be installed in a pit and provided with a weighing tape for the dosing of the material. There are different models of each machine with different package dimensions, cylinder sizes and actuation powers.
