IMABE participates in the process of improving the treatment facilities carried out by the Consorcio de Residuos Urbanos del Poniente Almeriense. On this occasion, the press chosen by the Almeria-based company is the H-40/1000, which has been installed in the Gádor Recovery and Composting Plant.

Why the H-40/1000?

This press, recently acquired by the CRP and destined to complement the IMABE presses already installed in the Gádor plant, has a pressing force of 80 tons, a power of 30kW and a performance of up to 8 t/h.

It is a completely updated model, with all the advances developed over the years, especially in terms of safety and operation.

Among other updates, we can find: an independent control panel with 10-inch digital display, security locks with captive keys, improved tying system, anti-wear steel linings, among other improvements.

The H-40/1000 guarantees the densest and heaviest bales on the market with different recovered materials such as P/C, PET, HDPE, PP, FILM, etc.
