The processes carried out at the CTR Valladolid, a facility managed by FCC Medio Ambiente, include waste separation, composting of organic matter, recycling of recoverable materials and generation of energy from non-recyclable waste.

Its facilities, designed to meet the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability, are equipped with four IMABE balers: two H-200/4000 LAT balers for rejects, one H-75/1800 ESP LAT baler for recyclable materials and one CH-40 baler for scrap.

These balers stand out not only for their robustness, but also for their ability to adapt to the specific needs of the site, being large, versatile and powerful.

With an ideal construction to withstand the most demanding conditions, the machines manufactured by IMABE, guarantee optimum performance during years of continuous operation, backed by its 50 years of experience in the sector.

Thanks to the implementation of the IMABE balers, the Valladolid CTR will be able to increase its processing capacity, reduce operating costs and improve the quality of the recycled material.
