Supply of Waste Transfer Stations
At IMABE, we supply Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) designed to efficiently optimize waste transportation costs to its final destination, especially when it is located far from the point of generation.
In the case of municipal waste, collection trucks unload at our transfer station and can immediately continue their collection routes. Meanwhile, the waste is fed into and compacted in high-capacity containers. Once full, these containers are transported by container carrier trucks to the corresponding treatment plant or landfill.
Similarly, reject materials from sorting plants or any type of industrial facility can be transferred using this system or through simpler equipment, such as stationary compactors or self-compacting units, depending on the requirements of each project.
We implement fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual installations, tailored to the required throughput and available space. We offer solutions with direct gravity discharge or feeding via a metal feeder, with or without a container transfer system, custom-configuring each installation to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
