Triple compression balers

To achieve maximum bale densities, at IMABE we offer triple-compression balers and double-compression balers with a lid, specially designed to process various types of scrap metal and metals. These solutions help optimize transportation and remelting of materials such as stamping offcuts, sheet metal, and loose metals.

Our double-compression balers with a lid are equipped with two transverse cylinders arranged perpendicular to each other and an upper compaction lid. This system allows the material to be compacted in two directions, achieving greater bale density and uniformity.

For applications that also require high production rates, IMABE triple-compression balers stand out for their power, robustness, and operational efficiency. Thanks to their three compaction cylinders and high-power motors, they achieve high bale densities and high production capacity.

All models feature reinforced, replaceable metal wear liners, specially designed to withstand demanding operating conditions.
