Reel splitters

These machines are characterized by their compact, highly robust, and durable construction. They feature a simple design and are easy to operate.

The reels are cut progressively and continuously. Depending on the model, the reel is placed in a raised cutting area, designed with a V-shaped support to prevent movement and ensure maximum safety and stability.

Once positioned, the blade moves vertically downward by means of two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, ensuring a precise and efficient cut. As the blade advances, the paper reel is split into sheets, optimizing the process.

Once the cut is complete, pressing the return button automatically raises the blade, leaving the machine ready for a new operating cycle.
