RDF/SRF Plants

IMABE’s RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) and SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) production plants are designed to transform non-recyclable waste into alternative fuels with a high calorific value for use in industrial energy recovery processes, such as cement plants, thermal power plants, and other industrial facilities.

In response to the growing challenge of reducing waste sent to landfill and moving towards a circular economy, RDF and SRF plants maximize the recovery and utilization of waste through sorting, separation, shredding, and conditioning processes, producing a consistent, high-quality fuel tailored to the requirements of each application.

IMABE solutions are custom-designed according to the type of waste, processing capacity, and final fuel specifications. By combining high-efficiency equipment, our plants optimize the recovery of recyclable materials, reduce the volume of reject materials, and improve the overall efficiency of the process.

With extensive experience in the design and manufacture of waste treatment machinery, at IMABE we develop complete RDF and SRF plants, integrating every stage of the process to deliver reliable, efficient installations tailored to each customer’s needs.
