Bottle Perforator for Improved Baler Compaction
Equipment designed to perforate PET bottles and containers, ensuring that during subsequent compaction and baling, stable, uniform, and higher-density bales are produced.
It consists of two parallel rotors with spikes on their outer surfaces, positioned at a set distance apart and rotating toward the central gap between them.
The synchronized movement of the rotors ensures efficient perforation of the containers and their discharge through the bottom of the equipment, ensuring a continuous flow of material.
