Bag openers

Equipment designed to tear open plastic bags and empty their contents without shredding or fragmenting the waste.

It features a low-speed rotor, positioned transversely beneath the upper feed opening and equipped with helical claws that catch the bags against adjustable fixed combs, ensuring efficient opening according to the type of waste.

The released material is discharged through the bottom. The equipment incorporates a hydraulic comb-opening system, making maintenance and blockage removal easier.

Areas in contact with the waste are fitted with high-strength wear-resistant liners, extending the equipment’s service life.

It includes a control panel with PLC and anti-jamming program, featuring overcurrent detection, automatic reverse rotation, and a self-cleaning system.
